Brooklyn being so sweet and sharing her lovey

We have had a busy last couple of weeks! Two weekends, Hunter's grandma Mimi passed away. We were very fortunate to have stopped up to see her 3 weeks before that. She was such a sweet lady and it was wonderful to meet her. Hunter's mom and little sister flew in that Wednesday, while his dad flew in on Friday and it was so wonderful to see them! We went to the funeral on Saturday. It was a nice service from what I saw... I had to spend the whole time in the quiet room with Colten. Luckily his cousin, Brooklyn was there to keep him company. Those two loved playing together! On Sunday, Hunter and I headed to New Orleans for Mardi Gras and the Bacchus Ball. It actually worked out that Debbie (Hunter's Mom) was able to watch Colten overnight for us. We had a ton of fun with our friends at the ball, but man did I miss my little man!! On Monday, Hunter's dad left...Tuesday, we went down for the last day of Mardi Gras. Colten was a little bit scared of the parades. Then on Thursday, Hunter's mom and sister left. It was nice to have them in town to visit, but I wish it had been under different circumstances. We then had his older sister Allegro come for a quick visit with our nephew Noah. It was great to see them and actually cuddle baby Noah.
