I am loving being at home! Colten and I have been having a ton of fun at home. Colten loves his cousin and gets very excited and starts giggling and wiggling all around when he is sees Hudson. It has been a lot of fun so far! Colten is just growing so much during this trip. My parents and I were sitting in the kitchen and Hudson was saying bye bye bye. Next thing we know Colten is waving and saying BYE! We couldn't believe it. I called Hunter right away and he had to confirm with my dad! We are also having an amazing snowstorm here! About 5-6in so far and still snowing. We took the boys out and played in it and Colten looked like he was having a good time. If only his Daddy was here to play with. Only 2 days till Hunter gets here. Being home is so wonderful, it just makes the urge to move home so much more. It will be a very sad day when we have to go home!

Winter Wonderland
Surprise, Suprise! We woke up to a winter wonderland this morning! They warned us that it was going to snow last night, but we didn't think it would stick. Well, we ended up getting like 3-4 inches! If you don't know, I LOVE SNOW! I get very excited to see. Unfortunatly, since all of our snow gear is at my parents house, we really didn't get to play in it all that much. When Colten woke up, I dressed him in his vest (since we haven't gotten all of Hudson's old snow gear yet) and put him down and took a picture. He was cute trying to grab the snow. Tank also loved the snow! He was whining to get out and play with Hunter. He loved running around in it. Enjoy the pictures... we have some more coming.

Thanksgiving
Hunter, Colten, and I traveled to Dallas for Colten's first Thanksgiving. We had so much fun hanging out with the Coppell Masters and my mom. Mom flew in on Sunday as a surprise to Uncle Rob for his 50th birthday! She then drove back home with us to our home. While there we celebrated my 25th birthday. My sweet husband took me to the French Room at the Adolphus Hotel. It was amazing! The best food we have ever had! We actually spent our first night away from Colten. We knew he was in very safe hands with Mom and Aunt Jovie. He did very very well going down around 7 and not waking up till around 8! Thanksgiving dinner was delicious! Colten had started crawling the week before, so it was fun watching him crawl around the kitchen. On Friday, Hunter participated in the neighborhood broomstick hockey match. He had so much fun. Their neighborhood is amazing! Hunter and I both want to live in that type of neighborhood. I think if we could get everyone to move to Dallas, that's where we would end up. We were so sad to leave on Saturday. Mom drove home with us and we had so much fun decorating the house for Christmas. I miss my mom so much! She is such an amazing women...just selfless and so loving! Seeing my mom with my son just makes me so homesick! I wish that we could see them more and hopefully we will be living in the same city soon!! Anyways enough for now

I just love this time of year! I love the lights, the smells, the decorations, food, and all of our different family traditions. I am so excited to be celebrating Colten's first Christmas this year! I am so happy to actually be celebrating Christmas with our family this year! Hunter and I threw our 1st annual Ugly Sweater Christmas Party last night. It was a good time. Tomorrow we are taking Colten to meet Santa! We will post pictures soon!
